Enron conspiracy claims more victims

Remember the NatWest Three, those hapless bankers who are awaiting prison in the US for their part in Enron sleaze, they must be wondering what happened when fraud charges were laid on them, with a possibility of 35 years in jail.

The conspiracy involves The NatWest Three advising their employers, NatWest, to sell a company owned by Enron cheap, which they then bought and sold on at a large profit.

It appears that following a plea deal they are going to receive around 3 years in prison for their naughtiness.
