		<description>It is happening to me.  I have been thrown back and forth calling Sky and BT because they are blaming eachother for the problem.  I had this problem before with Talk Talk when I last moved into another flat.  It took me 2 months to get rid of it.  I am waiting to see how long would it take me to get rid of Sky Talk this time.</description>
